We will meet with you to assess your business and, importantly, your lifestyle. This analysis will allow us to recommend the most suitable accounting package to meet your needs. For instance, it may not be sensible to recommend a software accounting package to a client that has had limited experience with computers. This may create more issues than it would solve.

BankLink
Capitis Accounting Solutions provide bookkeeping services using a program called BankLink. The BankLink Service is designed to reduce manual data entry and improves the way we collect accounting information from our clients.
Your bank statement information is transferred electronically from your financial institution directly to our BankLink Practice software on a monthly basis. This data is then used to complete your GST returns and financial statements. We can also provide monthly cash flow reports that can assist you in managing your business or budgeting into the future.
