We approach our training from the perspective of a business manager, rather than from an 'academic' point of view, and consequently, we aim to get you up and running in the shortest amount of time, and give you the most relvant tips and tricks for use in your own business. We understand that business owners are usually time poor, and need to get up to speed quickly, and we endeavour to give you the maximum value in the shortest amoutn of time.
Our staff are certified trainers or consultants in the relevant software programs, and are using the programs consistently, and have a thorough understanding of the programs, so you can be assured that you will receive a lot of great tips and tricks when undertaking any training.
We understand that in rural areas, trying to get to training courses can sometimes be prohibitive due to time and travel costs. We understand that classroom training does not always suit everybody, so that is why we offer a range of training courses 'online'. Online training courses are very interactive, and participants are able to speak to the people in the training, as well as participate in online tasks and converse or send chat panel messages to the trainer throughout the course session. Anyone can participate, as long as they have a reasonable internet connection, a headset or a telephone line.
