If you could have a lunch with any three people, which three people would you choose and why?
Bill Gates 
to find out his plans on giving away his fortune. I would love to find out the criteria he uses and I would like to encourage him to get other billionaires to follow his lead – they could all save many small countries I’m sure!

Al Gore
His thoughts on climate change are extremely confronting and just maybe he and Bill Gates could get their heads together to outsmart the fuel companies!

Jamie Oliver 
Because I love food and I would absolutely love to have him cook just for the three of us.

Who is your favourite role model and why?
My favourite role model would have to be my 92 year old grandmother, as she has survived through: a World War, a slow boat ride from England, 5 children, very minimum wage and the loss of the love of her life. She has managed to stay completely calm, happy and been able to save a very healthy inheritance to pass on to her children. We could all learn so much from this woman in humanity, resilience and budgeting. She is truly remarkable.

What is your favourite quote?
My favourite quote would have to be “You can’t have your cake and eat it too” I find myself constantly saying this to myself and others to encourage saving rather than spending. I am hoping and planning for a great retirement!
